These terms govern your use of Yangaaa and outline our mutual rights and responsibilities.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (THE "TERMS") IN FULL. THEY GOVERN YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE YANGAAA PLATFORM AND ALL RELATED APPLICATIONS, SERVICES, FEATURES, CONTENT, AND TOOLS. THESE TERMS CONTAIN A LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, A CAP ON DAMAGES, AND AN INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATION THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, CLICKING "I AGREE," OR USING ANY PART OF THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes become effective on the earlier of (a) thirty (30) days after notice through the Service or by email, or (b) the effective date stated in the revised Terms. Non-material changes, including corrections and clarifications, may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to a change, your remedy is to stop using the Service and close your account.
Yangaaa is an artificial-intelligence-powered software development lifecycle (SDLC) platform that assists product managers, students, consultants, developers, solution architects, and other builders across the software development lifecycle. Depending on your plan, the Service may include:
Certain features rely on third-party AI models, cloud infrastructure, and other third-party services. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. The Service is a software tool; it does not guarantee any particular outcome, including working software, project success, security, regulatory compliance, commercial success, or financial return.
Yangaaa provides software tools only. Yangaaa is not a software consultancy, professional engineering firm, security auditor, law firm, accounting firm, investment adviser, financial institution, or government agency, and the Service is not a substitute for advice from a qualified software engineer, security professional, licensed attorney, accountant, or financial adviser. Output generated by the Service — including requirements documents, diagrams, generated code, test cases, security reviews, and deployment plans — is informational and assistive only. See Section 10 (No Professional Advice) for additional detail.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users between age 13 and the age of majority in their jurisdiction may use the Service only under the ongoing supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has agreed to these Terms on the user's behalf. You represent that you have not been previously suspended or removed from the Service; are not located in a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions; are not identified on any restricted-party list maintained by the U.S. government, the United Nations, the European Union, or the United Kingdom; will not use the Service in violation of any export-control or sanctions law; and will not use the Service to develop, design, or produce nuclear, chemical, biological, radiological, or other weapons. If you cease to meet these requirements, you must stop using the Service immediately.
You must provide accurate, current information when creating your account and keep it updated. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and authentication factors, and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you, except activity occurring after you have reported unauthorized access to us. You must notify us promptly at info@yangaaa.com of any suspected compromise of your account. We may suspend an account while investigating a suspected security incident. Account credentials may not be shared.
Access to the Services requires an active subscription. Yangaaa currently offers a Pro plan billed at US $15 per month; plans, pricing, usage limits, and features may change from time to time. We apply a Fair Usage Policy; abusive or anomalous consumption of computational resources may result in throttling, additional charges, or suspension.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method for subscription fees and applicable taxes. Except where required by law, all fees are final and non-refundable, including for partial periods or unused capacity.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time in account settings or by contacting info@yangaaa.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically delete your data; see Section 13 (Data Retention).
Yangaaa retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Services — including its software, models, prompts, orchestration logic, user interface, documentation, and branding — and all related intellectual property rights. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service under these Terms. No other rights are granted.
As between you and Yangaaa, you retain all right, title, and interest in your project concepts, ideas, and content submitted through the Services, including any requirements, designs, code, or other materials you upload. We claim no ownership interest in your projects or your prompts. By using the Services, you grant Yangaaa a limited license to process, analyze, and store your content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Services.
Any requirements documents, diagrams, code, test cases, or other materials generated by our AI systems are provided as assistance tools only and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Generated content may not be unique or original. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and ensuring the accuracy, security, and appropriateness of all AI-generated content before relying on it or deploying it to any production environment.
We treat your project concepts, source code, and related materials as confidential and apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encryption, access controls, and secure data storage. Transmission over the internet nonetheless carries inherent risk, and you are responsible for determining whether and when to disclose sensitive or proprietary material to Yangaaa.
We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our Services. We do not use your project concepts or specific submitted content to train AI models for the benefit of other customers without your explicit consent. No personally identifiable information will be used beyond what is necessary to provide the Services without your explicit consent. Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices in more detail.
The Service does not provide legal advice, professional engineering certification, security audit or compliance certification, medical advice, or financial advice, and using the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship or any other professional relationship between you and Yangaaa. No communication with the Service, including AI chat features in the Knowledge Center, is protected by any professional privilege. Requirements documents, architecture recommendations, security reviews, and other analyses generated by the Service are starting points for your own evaluation, not professional opinions, and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before you rely on them for critical decisions.
You are solely responsible for all decisions relating to the review, testing, deployment, operation, licensing, and commercialization of any software developed using the Service. AI-generated code and configurations are not guaranteed to be correct, secure, performant, or compliant with any standard or regulation. Security reviews, CVE analyses, and test cases generated through the Service are not exhaustive and do not constitute a formal security audit, penetration test, or compliance certification. Yangaaa makes no representation that any software built with the Service will function as intended or be fit for any particular purpose.
You agree not to:
We may retain your data after cancellation for backup, fraud-prevention, legal, tax, and security purposes, consistent with our data-retention schedule and Privacy Policy, after which it may be permanently deleted. If you reactivate within ninety (90) days, we will use reasonable efforts to restore your projects.
We may receive requests from government authorities or law enforcement to disclose account or customer data. Where legally permitted, we will use reasonable efforts to notify the affected user before disclosing data in response to such a request, except where prohibited by law, where notice could endanger someone or compromise an investigation, or in genuine emergencies.
The Services, all AI output, and all generated materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Yangaaa does not guarantee the correctness, security, or production-readiness of any generated code or document, or the commercial viability of any project.
Our AI-powered tools are assistive technologies and should not be considered a replacement for professional software engineering, security, legal, or financial services. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yangaaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, loss of business, or damages arising from defects or vulnerabilities in software built using the Services, including from inaccurate AI output or failure to identify a bug or security issue. Our total cumulative liability for all claims arising from these Terms or the Service in any twelve-month period will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Yangaaa in the twelve months preceding the claim, or US $100.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yangaaa from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Services, your content or projects, your violation of this Agreement, your violation of any law, or your deployment or distribution of software created using AI output.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate by discontinuing use of the Services and canceling your subscription. Yangaaa may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, legal or regulatory requirements, security concerns, or discontinuation of the Service, with notice where reasonably practicable.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — survive.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party AI provider or cloud-infrastructure outages, cyberattacks, or events beyond our reasonable control. Except where we have executed a separate, written Service Level Agreement with you, the Service is provided without any uptime or response-time commitment.
You consent to receive notices, disclosures, and agreements electronically, including by email or through the Service. Your electronic acceptance of these Terms — including by clicking "I Agree" or by using the Service — constitutes a valid signature and binding acceptance under applicable electronic-signature laws, to the same extent as a handwritten signature.
Yangaaa reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
